Philosophy:

Under the mandate given by JCI, as a pioneer chapter of Nepal Jaycees, Kavre Jaycees has played a leadership role in Jaycees movement in Nepal and its members have been enriched with what Jaycees calls for. To further strengthen its present situation Kavre Jaycees ‑

  1. requires that it has more dynamic members with even better leadership qualities,
  2. realizes that continuous improvement in members performance and their value system is its daily objective,
  3. believes that its members deserve to grow in all areas of opportunities provided by means of training, development and consultation,
  4. understands that all Kavre Jaycees member could grow as more responsiblecitizens torwards their community and the nation.
